Purpose and scope

This policy should apply to every user, key, integration, agent, output, and downstream workflow using FetchSet.

Permitted use

Allow legitimate business research, data quality, customer-record maintenance, account intelligence, compliant outreach preparation, and other purposes approved by contract.

Prohibited conduct

  • Harassment, discrimination, stalking, doxxing, surveillance, or exploitation.
  • Unlawful marketing, calling, texting, or email activity.
  • Authentication bypass, scraping the service, key sharing, reverse engineering, or rate-limit circumvention.
  • Building sensitive profiles or enabling decisions prohibited by law.

Outreach and consent

Data is not consent

A FetchSet result does not establish consent to call, text, or email. Customers remain responsible for TCPA, DNC, CAN-SPAM, state mini-TCPA, privacy, and sector-specific obligations.

Agents and automation

Require spend controls, retry discipline, truthful tool use, respect for annotations, and human review where a workflow creates legal or material effects.

Enforcement and reporting

Describe investigation, throttling, suspension, termination, preservation, appeal, cooperation, and reporting channels. Reserve urgent action for security or legal risk.
