Use this page for GDPR Article 14 and comparable transparency duties when FetchSet processes business-contact information obtained from sources other than the individual.

Data and people covered

List data-subject categories and exact personal-data categories: identity, professional role, company, contact fields, profile URLs, provenance, validation status, and service metadata.

Source categories

Name or meaningfully categorize licensed datasets, professional sources, customer submissions, validation providers, and derived business attributes. Explain whether sources are public, licensed, or customer-directed.

Purposes and lawful basis

Map each purpose to a lawful basis and provide the approved legitimate-interest assessment summary where relied upon. Explain the consequences and balancing safeguards.

Recipients, transfers, and retention

Identify recipient categories, international transfers, safeguards, retention criteria, and the special role of suppression records.

Your rights
